Practice Setting
Physician-led group under a PSA model
High-volume clinic and hospital-based practice with significant interventional caseload (current providers averaging 14,000 wRVUs)
No structural required - currently referred to Boise
One hospital and one clinic site-streamlined and efficient with minimal travel
Excellent support from 4 advanced practice providers, RNs, device techs, and cath lab staff
Modern facility with 4 outpatient and 1 inpatient cath lab rooms and full procedural capabilities
Rough Annual Volumes: 70 STEMIs and 400 PCIs
Schedule
Typical schedule is 7:30/8:00 AM-3:00 PM with half-day Fridays
Call rotation is STEMI and general cardiology, about every third weekend and one weekday
Self-managed recovery time, with options to start late or end early post-call
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary of up to $800K/year for up to 2 years, with most physicians transitioning to production in under 12 months
Earning potential exceeds $1.2M, supported by high procedural volume and a 100% RVU-based model
Attractive bonus structure including a sign-on bonus, multi-year retention incentives, and annual community commitment funds
