Senior Project Manager About the role:

We're seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to join our San Francisco office, primarily supporting a leading B2B finance solutions company. This role offers the opportunity to lead creative projects from concept to completion while delivering exceptional client service. The Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes to drive projects from brief to delivery. They have a good understanding of B2B disciplines and are confident working in agency teams. They create timing plans and budgets, assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output, and ensure the projects they own schedule creative time and liaise with teams in the UK & Philippines. The candidate will be required to run, manage and present MI reports using Zoho dashboards. This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in running digital content and social campaigns within the B2B space will have an advantage. What you will be doing:

Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment. Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates (when needed) and schedules. Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resources where necessary. Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget. Manage project workflows utilizing AI-powered creative tools, particularly Pencil. Pull and analyse Zoho performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to internal teams and client stakeholders. Facilitate client meetings and presentations, documenting key decisions and action items. Escalates any queries concerning invoicing, or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to the DL and AM. What you need to be great in this role:

Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms. Demonstrated experience managing teams that utilize AI creative tools, specifically Pencil. Previous experience of project budget management and scheduling. Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships. Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs. Experience working with B2B clients, particularly in the financial or technology sectors. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives. Base salary information is provided for transparency and may range from $119,000.00 to $133,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
