As a Technical Product Manager within DocuSign's Identity and Access Management team, you'll play a crucial role in upholding DocuSign's reputation as one of the Most Trustworthy Software and Telecommunications Companies in America 2025 (Newsweek). You'll collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver modern, secure authentication methods, focusing on passwordless solutions, centralized authorization infrastructure for auditable and manageable access, and extensible identity management systems that power our Intelligent Agreement Management solutions. You'll be a leader in DocuSign's security space, frequently engaging with customers to understand their identity and access management needs and consistently using data to drive decisions. Your technical expertise in this area will protect customer data while enabling new scenarios within Intelligent Agreement Management. Beyond execution, we're looking for a thought leader in the identity and access management space who can help define the right concept of agent identity for DocuSign's products and consider identity and access management for MCP servers. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product, Identity & Security Platform. Responsibilities

Deliver clear specifications for product enhancements, based on analysis of usage data, customer feedback and industry trends Partner with Engineering, Product Experience, Data Science, GTM teams on execution and release of product enhancements that maintain and enhance customers’ trust in DocuSign and hold the quality bar high as part of product delivery Innovate in the identity and access management space to deliver increased value as part of DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management strategy Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and impact analyses to leadership and key stakeholders Create a collaborative culture around you Consult and advise product and engineering teams across the organization on their authentication and authorization needs, promoting a “secure by default” approach to product development, and providing deep technical expertise in identity and access management What you bring

Basic Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 8+ years of experience in Product Management Experience with Agile product development and SaaS implementations Experience with Authentication frameworks and protocols, including OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Passkeys Experience with enterprise grade access management needs and authorization frameworks Experience with leadership communication Preferred: Experience with Zanzibar / Rebac authorization model Proven ability to drive product enhancements from inception to delivery to customer adoption, in a deeply technical area Ability to dive into data for decision making, using a combination of SQL, Kusto, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance needs Previous experience partnering with engineering teams on high-scale, distributed systems in a SaaS context Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation.) Wage transparency: Pay for this position is based on location and experience. Location ranges for Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary. This role is also eligible for the following:

Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
