Overview Ocean Spray is hiring for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Productivity. We are a farmer-owned co-op focused on transforming cost productivity and driving savings across COGS and SG&A. This role reports to the VP of Procurement and offers high visibility and opportunities to influence senior leadership decisions.

Location Hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.

Responsibilities/Day in the Life

Support Ocean Spray's cost productivity transformation strategy through identification/ideation, assessment, and execution of complex savings initiatives.

Gather relevant data across systems to generate KPIs and other metrics highlighting opportunities within cost areas.

Lead cross-functional teams in developing business cases and project plans, balance speed with risk mitigation, and present to senior leadership to achieve buy-in.

Partner with senior business leaders and Finance to track/monitor execution plans via project portfolio software and ensure expected savings are recognized on the P&L.

Utilize benchmarking resources to provide line of sight to what is demonstrated in businesses outside of Ocean Spray.

Demonstrate leadership courage by challenging cross-functional leaders to think differently and surface alternate perspectives to drive the right result.

Ask the right questions to guide data analytics, translate analysis into actionable recommendations, and drive action points for the team.

Demonstrate an action bias, moving from analysis to pilots to scale without hesitation.

Ensure the work is focused, sustainable, and able to deliver measured results.

What We Are Looking For Required

5+ years of total experience with some level of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting and/or Project Management, with experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry a plus.

Proven track record as a credible influencer within the organization and ability to collaborate, build trust, and maintain relationships at all levels.

Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Self-starter, highly motivated, proactive, and independent.

Executive presence and strong presentation and Microsoft Excel modeling skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks.

Strong ability to communicate and create routines and processes leading to orderly and efficient use of resources.

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required). Master's Degree (Preferred).

Work Experience:

At least 5 years of experience.
