Overview

Lead Client Solutions Manager, Large Customer NAMER, Marketing Solutions. This role is based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Washington, DC. The work is hybrid, combining remote work with in-office days as required by the business. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions helps businesses achieve marketing ROI objectives through native advertising, programmatic channels, and a growing Content Marketing ecosystem. The Large Customer NAMER segment seeks a senior leader to manage relationships with our largest, most complex customers, delivering campaign intelligence, strategy consultation, and value-driven outcomes. Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with clients, identify challenges, and align on a shared vision to drive demand and investment decisions. Orchestrate complex digital transformation journeys by partnering with product, sales, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Insights, Marketing, Content Solutions, Media Operations, Measurement Specialists) to accelerate roadmap alignment. Enable client self-sufficiency by optimizing platform usage and advertising campaign effectiveness at scale. Act as a consultative seller to renew and grow client investments, delivering high-impact performance presentations and strategic recommendations to influence executive decision-making. Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing programs, making strategic, data-driven recommendations to achieve client objectives. Own all aspects of client media campaigns, including targeting, implementation, creative/content quality, optimization, performance, and ROI storytelling. Design account plans to meet revenue goals and drive adoption of new LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and integrations. Support onboarding and ongoing customer education for platform use and best practices. Anticipate customer needs and contribute to joint business agreements that anchor long-term ROI and platform-wide value. Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools to meet customer needs. Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and effective commercial negotiations. Travel approximately 20% for team offsites, conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media 2+ years in media sales, technical measurement, and account management Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of auction-based content and/or programmatic advertising campaign management and optimization and reporting Understanding of B2B marketing landscape and digital media metrics Ability to forecast and produce custom reports using internal tools Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning customer needs with data-driven solutions Knowledge of internet advertising technology, marketing automation, and full-funnel measurement Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management, with ownership of agency and client relationships Ability to craft insights-backed narratives for strategic sales pitches Independent worker who collaborates cross-functionally to execute scaled initiatives Growth mindset and willingness to integrate AI tools into day-to-day tasks Excellent teamwork, initiative, and self-starting attitude Additional Information

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Pay range: $197,000 to $300,000 OTE. Actual compensation varies by candidate skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
