We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced

Head of Operations

to oversee, scale, and optimize our agency operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading marketing agency operations, scaling from $2M to $5M+ revenue, and managing a remote team of 20–30 specialists across multiple departments. This is a

full-time remote role

with opportunities for growth into a COO position. Requirements

Proven experience in operations leadership within a marketing agency, with a track record of scaling from $2M to $5M+ in revenue. Experienced in managing cross-departmental teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Web Development, Media) of 20–30 people in a fully remote setting. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing profit margins. Able to make strategic financial decisions while managing day-to-day operations. Experienced in building and refining SOPs, implementing EOS or similar frameworks, and driving efficiency through systems and workflows. Skilled at defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs (SEO performance, ads ROI, gross margins, labor efficiency, client churn) to align operations with business goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Marketing (preferred). Certifications in EOS, Project Management, or similar are a strong plus. Expertise with project management tools (ClickUp), CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier), and KPI dashboards. Influential communicator who inspires, motivates, and holds teams accountable. Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Your responsibilities

Lead and optimize daily operations across SEO, Paid Ads, Web, and Media teams. Define, track, and report KPIs to align performance with company growth goals. Build, refine, and enforce SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability. Manage budgets, forecasts, and margins to ensure financial health. Recruit, coach, and hold accountable a remote team of 20–30 employees. Collaborate with leadership to balance long-term strategy with daily execution. Oversee client performance strategies for painting and concrete coating industries. Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance. Growth Opportunities / Perks
