Lead cross-functional marketing projects: seasonal campaigns, brand launches, social rollouts, and more Manage agencies (creative + social), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are on track Own internal marketing workflows—keeping things moving across U.S. and international teams Track performance data and translate insights into strategic adjustments Serve as the main contact for media partners, ambassadors, and external collaborators Be the engine that keeps campaigns running smoothly and efficiently What We''re Looking For

3–5+ years in marketing project management, preferably in CPG or alcohol beverage Experience managing creative or agency partners A “do-er” mindset—someone who’s comfortable building decks, coordinating details, and driving execution Strong organization and communication skills Familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools Culture-savvy with experience in fast-paced, brand-driven environments Compensation

Base: $80K–$95K Bonus: 20% Full benefits package Details
