RADCOM The position is a key, highly technical role within a growing company with a dynamic and exciting environment. RADCOM is a leading expert in automated service assurance solutions for telecom operators running 5G/4G networks, empowering operators to navigate network complexity, save costs, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences for subscribers. Responsibilities
The Solution Architect will be involved in the forefront of the company’s technology advancements and will have direct day-to-day contact with customers to design and define solutions that meet their needs. Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to ensure proper detailed design and implementation. Advise multiple teams on implementation, planning, and design aspects based on familiarity with wireless networks. Involved with pre-sale and post-sale activities, tailoring the solution to meet the customer environment and needs. Work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Professional Services to ensure optimal design. Partner with other solution architects to promote knowledge sharing and solid design. Analyze solution stability, availability, capacity, sizing, and performance to validate alignment with customer requirements and quality standards. Qualifications
Demonstrated track record in designing complex telecom-related solutions, including experience in architecting end-to-end solutions for mobile network operators (MNOs). Experience designing services or architectures involving Evolved Packet Core (EPC), 5G Standalone (5GSA), and/or IMS; experience with network functions is a plus. Experience with active or passive monitoring solutions for voice and data services. Capacity, sizing, and performance analysis in the context of 4G/5G/Voice control and user plane traffic. Broad experience and knowledge in telecommunications, including voice and data. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Strong knowledge and experience in networking at all layers; experience with networking and systems, storage is desirable. Familiarity with 4G, 5G wireless data-core, access, and voice. Experience working with virtual environments and systems, including containers. Familiarity with technologies and protocols such as VoIP, SIP, RTP, Diameter, GTP, IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTP2, S1AP, and others. Experience with Cloud technologies, including Kubernetes. Note:
