Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of government-sponsored programs, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to scope and deliverables. Develop project plans, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scientific, technical, and administrative support services. Monitor compliance with federal contract requirements, policies, and reporting standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships by anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and providing strategic guidance. Translate client objectives into actionable plans and ensure solutions align with mission outcomes. Support growth by identifying new opportunities within existing contracts and accounts. Lead the integration and management of authorization solutions, with a focus on overseeing Software-as-a-Service system delivery and support for secure, compliant access across users, systems, and datasets. Partner with technical staff to evaluate, recommend, and implement authorization and identity management frameworks, including software enhancements and related access control systems. Ensure adherence to government security and privacy requirements, supporting audits, compliance activities, and reporting specific to authorization platforms. Prepare progress reports, briefings, and presentations for federal sponsors and internal leadership. Track program performance metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Manage budgets, staffing plans, and subcontractor performance as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, computer science, or related field. 5+ years of program management or account management experience with federal government clients. Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams in a government contracting environment. Experience with NIH institutes strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of authorization and identity management solutions, including demonstrated experience managing government access control frameworks. Proven track record in federal contract management and client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
