As a PEM you will have the opportunity to assist, enable, and grow our ecosystem of the Company’s Partners. You must possess self-initiative and self-awareness with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks. Responsibilities
Support partner directors with account management duties. Engage with potential and current partners via phone. Train & onboard new partners. Schedule recurring calls with partners. Establish ongoing relationships with partner sales representatives and all levels of mid-management by phone to qualify inbound partner lead generation. Monitor lead submissions and communicate merchant workflow progression with partners. Generate new partnership opportunities to fuel our growth by developing and executing calling campaigns to entirety of partner’s client database. Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential partners in CRM. Maintain active engagement with new and existing partners through creative follow-up communications designed to increase partner interest. Effectively manage and measure partner enablement and go-to-market requests. Collaborate with all internal teams to support partners and support as directed by leadership. Occasional travel and in-person partner visits. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Four (4) hours of external call time daily, speaking with partners directly. Excludes time speaking with internal team members. Develop and maintain close relationships with partner company sales managers, consulting managers, and other management and individual representatives as directed by leadership. Obtain partner client lists and execute successful calling outreach initiatives with warm introductions and intervention from partners. Benefits
