The Industrial Design Manager, Personal Work Space is a key leader in this mission. Based in San Jose, you\'ll craft the visual language and physical form of our products and guide a team of designers to do the same. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure products are beautiful, functional, innovative, and resonant with customers. Location: San Jose. Your Contribution

In this role you will: Lead by design: Drive the design vision for personal workspace products from concept to mass production, ensuring user-centered decisions meet customer needs. Inspire and mentor: Lead a cross-disciplinary team of industrial, user experience, and CMF designers, fostering collaboration, learning, and growth. Shape the future: Stay ahead of industry trends, explore new materials, technologies, and design approaches to keep products at the forefront of innovation. Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Industrial/Product Design or related field, plus 7+ years of industrial design experience with a track record of leading and mentoring design teams. Technical proficiency: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks) and rendering tools (e.g., KeyShot); hands-on model making and prototyping are a plus. Communication mastery: Strong written and verbal communication; English fluency required. Leadership: Passion for mentoring and developing others; ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals. Deep understanding: Solid grasp of user-centered design methods and current consumer electronics technologies and manufacturing processes. Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing consumer electronics or workspace peripherals. Familiarity with global design trends and consumer preferences, particularly in Asia. A strong portfolio of innovative, commercially relevant product designs. Ability to translate and communicate design ideas through inspiring storytelling. Work Model & Environment
