This is a HUD, Section 8, and Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record. After hours on call. Salary range: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour;

hiring range for new employees is generally $28.00 - $36.50 per hour, DOE.

The Maintenance Supervisor I oversees the property’s physical operations. Work relates to the upkeep, repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, security and electrical systems. Responsibilities

Organizes staff’s workload so that preventative and routine maintenance work are done on a timely basis Maintains and updates files and documents Coordinates and Oversees outside vendors Supervises less than 3 Maintenance and Janitorial employees Performs Annual Unit Inspections Ensures the Turnover of Units in 5 days Qualifications

2+ Years of Related Apartment Maintenance Experience Supervisory experience preferred Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance CADL, Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation HVAC Certification Plus Criminal background check requirements
