Overview

Join a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to justice across Maryland. We are seeking a proactive and personable Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Maryland Pro Bono Portal, which is currently being developed. This platform will connect volunteer attorneys with pro bono opportunities and legal services providers to support underserved communities. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience for volunteers and providers alike, while fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with pro bono practitioners. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Maryland Pro Bono Portal, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for legal service providers and volunteer attorneys using the Portal. Troubleshoot technical or user-related issues in collaboration with internal staff and external vendor. Work closely with the Volunteer Manager to enhance volunteer experience and support engagement strategies. Monitor Portal activity and generate reports on usage, trends, and volunteer engagement. Provide training and support to providers and volunteers on Portal features and updates. Collect and incorporate user feedback to improve Portal functionality and user experience. Assist in developing and disseminating communications and materials related to the Portal. Qualifications

Strong commitment to access to justice and public interest work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and manage online platforms; experience with CRM or case management systems a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in legal services or working with attorneys is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nonprofit work, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with team members. Amenities & Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from $62,000 per annum depending on experience. Full-time position with excellent benefits package, including paid health insurance, disability insurance, and employer-matched 401k plan, paid sick and vacation leave, and paid holidays.
