Relationship Manager , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring financial advisors can focus on what they do best—building client relationships and crafting strategic financial plans. You'll be the operational backbone of the team, owning administrative processes, managing client onboarding and account maintenance, and collaborating across departments to deliver seamless, client-focused service. What You’ll Do

Support Advisors : Take charge of administrative and operational tasks so financial advisors can focus on strategic relationship-building. Client Management : Coordinate communications, manage accounts, process transactions, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal partners in compliance, investment operations, and service teams to streamline workflows and ensure consistency across the board. Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate CRM records, uphold data integrity, and prepare reports to support portfolio management and client engagement. Relationship Building : Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, understanding their financial goals and identifying opportunities for growth. Compliance & Best Practices : Stay informed on industry trends and regulations, perform due diligence, and help ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills

Licensing : Series 65 license required (or Series 66) Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Experience : Prior experience in a client-facing role within financial services—especially in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory—is highly valued Bonus : Working toward or holding a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is a plus What We Offer
