Provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent the brand with energy and authenticity. Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and uphold company values; bring your authentic self to work. Qualifications
Love interacting with people and have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Love AE and Aerie products; prior retail experience is a plus. At least 16 years of age. Benefits & Additional Information
