Overview Job Purpose

The New York Stock Exchange is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new listings, cultivating meaningful relationships across our vibrant community of listed companies, and bringing to life the compelling stories that make the NYSE a cornerstone of the global capital markets. Responsibilities

Identify business priorities and develop a measurable marketing strategy for NYSE from strategic planning to implementation supporting growth targets

Deliver programs to drive awareness and engagement for all NYSE propositions through targeted outreach aimed at growing new and existing business

Develop compelling marketing materials to support listings pitches, issuer communications, events, and brand initiatives - including presentations, one-pagers, video scripts, and digital content

Lead the execution of large marketing programs and initiatives from concept through delivery - including launches, event activations, issuer milestones, and market moments

Work cross-functionally across departments, including Capital Markets, Listings, Events, Comms, Media, and Content, to ensure marketing alignment and consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives (founders, CEOs, CMOs, CCOs) at current and prospective listed companies - offering white-glove marketing support and strategic partnership

Drive community engagement among NYSE-listed companies through curated experiences, storytelling, and collaborative opportunities that highlight the power of the NYSE ecosystem

Bring creative thinking and strategic rigor to every project - whether pitching a unicorn, launching a campaign, or building a scalable marketing framework

Stay ahead of market trends, competitive positioning, and storytelling opportunities to ensure NYSE remains at the forefront of capital markets marketing

Knowledge and Experience

10+ years' experience working in financial services, technology, media or related field partnering with a global sales organization

Exceptional writing and communication skills; can translate complex concepts into clear and compelling stories for the marketplace

Excellent presentation skills for meetings with external prospects and clients, as well as internal leadership

Strong channel knowledge as it relates to B2B marketing with an emphasis on digital; ability to incorporate a variety of tactics (digital, social, events, thought leadership, etc.) into a cohesive strategy that drives ROI

Track record of results, including establishing and executing on strategic objectives in a dynamic environment

Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritize work under pressure and to multi-task competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork, collaboration and organizational skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders and advocate for the customer

Ability to manage budgets and right-size initiatives based on requirements and constraints

Entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to adapt and learn

Microsoft Office, Canva and Salesforce experience

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $159,700 - $195,700 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
