We are looking for an Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of engaging, effective learning experiences across our organization! This role will analyze learning needs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create instructional solutions that drive performance, support change, and align with business goals. The ideal candidate will understand how adults engage with learning in a business context - designing for relevance and application, supporting self-directed and experiential learning, aligning with organizational goals, and improving solutions through data and feedback. Essential Functions

Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to define learning objectives and outcomes Design and develop instructional materials using models such as ADDIE or SAM, incorporating adult learning theory and instructional best practices Create learning experiences across modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, and blended solutions Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and facilitator/participant guides Collaborate with SMEs, Learning Content Specialists, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals Integrate multimedia elements (video, audio, simulations, AI-performance generated content) to enhance learning engagement Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, analytics, and performance metrics; iterate designs accordingly Support change initiatives by designing learning that addresses resistance, builds capability, and promotes adoption Lead or facilitate training sessions, focus groups, or information-gathering meetings as needed Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or organizational development 3+ years of experience designing instructional content in a corporate or adult learning environment Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional models, and performance-based design Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment Compensation/Benefits

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
