Member of the Global Marketing Team within the Global Engagement Division. Responsible for managing global reporting and analytics for paid media campaigns, Dynamic Fare landing pages, and more. Reports to the Senior Manager of Global Paid Media and Performance Marketing and collaborates with the Global Marketing Team and Loyalty & Customer Insights teams. Enhances marketing reporting technologies and tools to measure brand perception, ROI on media investments, modelling, and commercial contribution. What You'll Do
Executes plans and builds reports supporting American's marketing strategy, including global advertising, communications, owned channels co-op campaigns, and more. Owns and develops the Global Paid Media reporting framework and scorecards for senior leadership on a monthly basis. Manages relationships between internal teams and Agency partners to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity. Manages data transfer with Media Mix Modeling partners and collaborates on quarterly reports and key recommendations. Leads collaboration with Customer Insights and Analytics Teams to develop modelling and marketing contribution analysis. Develops benchmarking and KPI updates to ensure continuous YoY improvements. Works with dynamic landing page partners on development of marketing landing pages & SEO; builds pages and develops a roadmap for technology enhancements. Supports media agencies with optimizations across search marketing. Liaises with IT, Digital, Privacy & International teams to stay on technology needs, enhancements, and privacy considerations. Works with marketing teams and/or media agencies to support pixel implementation and tech integrations. Assists in ad technology partnership management (ad serving partners, dynamic creative partners, data partners). Supports preparations for cookieless campaigns & measurement. Manages vendor invoices and adjusts forecasting for key partners. Assists on Global Marketing team projects in additional markets when needed. Supports innovation in advertising trends and manages advertising technology and tools used to track and measure campaigns. Willingness to travel for business when needed. All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related area or equivalent experience/training 2+ years of marketing or related analytics experience Media agency or relevant job experience (Brand or Analytics) Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Knowledge of the aviation industry and familiarity with American’s Marketing organization Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Creative, visual thinker with ability to think outside the box Strong organization skills and attention to detail Ability to work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work with cross-functional groups and develop stakeholder relationships Exceptional project management skills under deadline pressures Experience with ad technology (Adobe, Ad serving platforms, Google AdWords, Tableau, etc.) Independent and team-oriented work ethic What You’ll Get
