You'll also perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Responsibilities
Connect with customers in-person and digitally; help with technology challenges, casual conversations, and showcasing products and services.
Determine personal and business financial needs and guide customers toward appropriate solutions, pulling in experts as needed.
Adhere to compliance and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
Support customers across branch needs, including cash handling and service requirements, rotating throughout the branch based on customer needs.
Enhance the overall retail customer experience with fewer handoffs, positioning each Ambassador as an expert.
Be curious and willing to learn; gain knowledge of Capital One\'s products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward their financial goals.
Be digitally savvy; educate customers on our mobile and online experience and navigate branch tech (laptops, iPads) to demonstrate banking channels and other products.
Be a team player; collaborate with an energized team of banking professionals and contribute to a positive team culture.
Research and answer customer inquiries to improve retention and engagement by leveraging tools and channels to recommend solutions.
Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market you are assigned.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Associate\'s degree
2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

Compensation and Location The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chantilly, VA: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
Gainesville, VA: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
Herndon, VA: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
Leesburg, VA: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
Vienna, VA: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
Warrenton, VA: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate\'s offer letter.
