Swoon Group is seeking an Image Content Producer to join the team. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to extend and/or convert. Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Expected Start Date: Oct 20, 2025. Sponsorship and C2C are NOT available at this time or in the future. Contract status, location, and rate are as follows: 3-month contract with possible extension and/or conversion; Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. What your day-to-day looks like
Responsible for overseeing all imagery that appear in print to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. Plan, manage, and track asset procurement throughout the production process to facilitate accurate and timely delivery. Own quality control of all assets coming from, and going out to vendors, studio teams, etc. Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges. Responsible for global content needs including the creation of matrices, screens, and hardware. Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams. What’s Required?
Lead and communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs. Process detailed information and capture the "big picture" to effectively deliver a clear and concise point-of-view. Deliver quality assets at high volume in a tight timeframe. Experience using Content Management Systems. Strong knowledge of Adobe Product Suite. Strong knowledge of Keynote and Pages. 3-6+ years of experience as a producer in a creatively-driven advertising agency or equivalent in-house team. Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred. What else should you know?
