We’re seeking a

proactive and people-oriented Community Relations Associate

to help build meaningful connections between our organization and the communities we serve. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating

outreach programs , supporting

local events , and fostering

partnerships

that promote goodwill and enhance our brand’s visibility. What You’ll Do

Plan, coordinate, and execute

community outreach programs, campaigns, and events Act as a liaison between the organization and

community partners, residents, and stakeholders Develop and maintain strong relationships with

local nonprofits, businesses, civic groups, and influencers Represent the organization at

community meetings, forums, and public events Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate the

impact of outreach initiatives

and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to align

community engagement strategies

with broader organizational goals What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in

Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Nonprofit Management , or a related field (or equivalent experience) Exceptional

verbal communication skills Strong

interpersonal skills

with the ability to build rapport across diverse communities Excellent

organizational and project management

abilities Ability to thrive both

independently and collaboratively

in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in

community outreach, public affairs, or nonprofit engagement

is a plus Willingness to attend
