Role Overview : The Graphic Designer/Artist will support the Art Director and Senior Art Director by creating and developing textile patterns and graphics for Women’s Intimate and Sleepwear apparel.
Responsibilities
Draw intimates/sleep silhouettes/bodies with attention to detail
Develop and execute innovative graphic concepts for seasonal collections and product launches, aligning with brand identity
Amend and re-color existing prints, artwork, and colorways as needed
Coordinate several projects simultaneously
Work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Partner with designers and PD teams to create files with detailed specifications including printouts, repeat size, print techniques, art placement and color swatches
Stay updated with design trends, fashion industry developments, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts
2+ years’ experience in a similar or related field
Strong design and illustration skills
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Proficient on a MAC platform; strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and MS Office; Browzwear/CLO a plus
Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team
A passion for fashion with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography
Employment details Location: New Jersey area (Hybrid role, with 4 days in our NJ office)
Pay rate:
$75,000-$90,000
per year
