Overview
MissionStaff is filling a contract Digital Content Producer position for a client. The role leads daily build, execution, and optimization of digital content across brand and service line properties. It serves as the final checkpoint for patient-facing experiences, blending technical expertise with a focus on inspiring and engaging users. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities to ensure a seamless, high-quality digital experience across platforms and devices.
Responsibilities
Manage and publish digital content within CMS tools, including homepage, category, product, and campaign pages across multiple brands.
Support process creation, refinement, and rollout to improve cross-functional workflows, acting as a champion for operational excellence.
Execute web production tasks such as navigation, promotions, appointment flows, mobile optimization, and integration of multimedia content.
Conduct QA on new and existing site functionality, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
Implement and manage critical SEO elements including schema markup, canonical tags, and other optimization strategies.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development partners to ensure content accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of experience in digital content production with CMS tools (Contentful or similar required; Sitecore experience a plus).
Basic understanding of web design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON).
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
Experience working within scheduled publishing cycles and production environments.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Must be available to work onsite in Chicago four days per week (Monday–Thursday).
