Role Description
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. This role oversees all aspects of marketing, including digital, print, events, and public relations, while ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives. Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent voice and visual identity across all channels. Lead digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships to generate leads and strengthen client and industry relationships. Collaborate with leadership and advisors to align marketing initiatives with business development goals. Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Lead, mentor, and develop team members. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Seniority level
