Overview

Our client is a $700 million Long/Short equity hedge fund with a strong track record of consistent alpha generation and an institutional-grade infrastructure. The fund employs a fundamentally driven, research-intensive investment approach focused on high-conviction opportunities across sectors and geographies. As part of its continued growth, the fund is seeking an experienced Asset Raiser to help expand its investor base and lead capital formation efforts across UHNW, family office, and institutional channels. Role Overview: The Asset Raiser will play a key role in executing the fund’s capital raising and investor relations strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience and a demonstrated ability to raise capital independently within the hedge fund or alternative investment space. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan in partnership with senior leadership. Market the fund to new investors across family offices, RIAs, fund-of-funds, and institutional allocators. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing investors through proactive communication and reporting. Represent the fund at industry events, investor meetings, and capital introduction platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing materials, DDQs, and performance updates. Manage and report on the investor pipeline and fundraising KPIs. Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital raising, preferably within hedge funds or alternative investments. Established network of allocators across UHNW, family office, and institutional segments. Strong knowledge of Long/Short equity strategies and the broader hedge fund landscape.
