The successful candidate will spearhead all aspects of the firm’s submissions to key legal directories and award programs and will partner closely with firm leadership, lawyers, and business development teams to elevate the firm’s profile in the market. We’re Hiring: Communications Manager, Awards & Rankings Hybrid Opportunity – Atlanta | Chicago | Houston | Philadelphia What You’ll Do
Lead and manage submissions for major directories and awards (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500) Develop strategies to highlight the firm’s strengths and elevate brand recognition Create and manage a legal directory and awards calendar Draft compelling nominations and award-winning submissions Research, analyze, and advise on brand-enhancing opportunities Maintain databases to track firm rankings and recognitions What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in communications, journalism, publishing, public relations, marketing, or professional services Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills Strong ability to translate complex ideas into persuasive, impactful content Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LexTrack a plus Experience with generative AI tools and a forward-thinking mindset toward innovation Why Join Us
