Staff Product Marketing Manager - Partners at Okta for Developers. This role focuses on go-to-market strategy and enablement for our most strategic Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Independent Software Providers (ISVs). Role Summary

As a Staff Product Marketing Manager for our most strategic Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Independent Software Providers (ISVs), you will lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts that align Okta’s identity platform with the business strategies and solutions of key global partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks and others. You will create scalable sales plays, positioning frameworks, and enablement assets tailored to joint value propositions across multiple verticals and geographies. This role requires a strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented marketer who thrives on cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Partner, and Regional Marketing teams to accelerate pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and global awareness. Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Market Insight

Develop and refine joint messaging with our most strategic GSIs and ISVs, articulating Okta's differentiated value in enterprise transformation engagements. Analyze partner business models, service offerings, and vertical expertise to inform GTM strategies. Monitor competitive activity in the identity and SI ecosystem to shape positioning and combat threats. Go-to-Market Execution

Support cross-functional product launches and solution rollouts in collaboration with GSI partners. Support integrated campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive GSI pipeline. Own the development of partner-specific value props, solution overviews, pitch decks, and playbooks. Sales Enablement & Training

Create tailored messaging, positioning, and sales enablement content that resonates with GSI partners and their clients. Train internal sales teams and GSI partner teams on the joint value proposition. Build battlecards, pitch decks, and demo narratives specifically for the GSI channel. Content Creation & Thought Leadership

Be the subject matter expert helping build partner-branded content such as solution briefs, customer case studies, and blog posts to support demand generation and awareness. Support executive communications and partner events with messaging, abstracts, and on-stage content. Present on webinars alongside our partners providing an in-depth, technical perspective around tech integrations, as well as Auth0 and Okta platforms. Cross-functional & Partner Collaboration

Act as the primary PMM interface for the GSI alliance leaders, global partner marketing and other cross-functional marketing teams. Collaborate with partner marketing on integrating partner messaging into Campaigns, Field activations, and AR/PR to amplify GSI narratives and momentum. Performance & Impact

Track KPIs including pipeline sourced via GSI partners, content performance, and Highspot engagement. Iterate GTM efforts based on campaign analytics, sales feedback, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Support deal velocity by arming GSI sellers and company reps with co-branded content and account strategies. Help influence joint opportunities and upsells. Qualifications

8+ years in B2B Product Marketing, Partner/Channel Marketing, or a GTM Strategy role Strong experience working with or supporting GSIs or large consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.) Proven ability to create compelling messaging and enablement for technical and business audiences Demonstrated success in launching partner GTM programs that drive measurable results Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Adept at managing ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and balancing strategic with tactical execution Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred Compensation & Benefits

The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington is between $147,000–$221,000 USD. Your actual OTE depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
