We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in healthcare and medical facility design to join our growing Atlanta-based team. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of healthcare environments, design regulations, and a passion for creating healing, human-centered spaces. As a key member of our team, you’ll lead interior design efforts on complex healthcare projects—from hospitals and outpatient clinics to medical office buildings—collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver thoughtful, code-compliant, and innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design efforts on healthcare and medical facility projects from concept through construction. Develop and present interior design concepts, finish palettes, FF&E selections, and design documentation. Ensure design solutions comply with applicable healthcare codes, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., FGI, ADA, NFPA). Coordinate with project architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate interior elements with architectural design. Mentor and oversee junior interior designers and assist in professional development. Prepare and manage interior design schedules, budgets, and client presentations. Interface with clients, user groups, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design leadership. Participate in business development, proposal writing, and interviews for new project pursuits. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong focus on healthcare or medical environments. NCIDQ certification required; LEED AP, EDAC, or WELL accreditation a plus. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of healthcare design codes and standards (FGI Guidelines, ADA, HIPAA, etc.). Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Experience

Experience designing interiors for hospitals, ambulatory care centers, behavioral health facilities, or MOBs (medical office buildings). Knowledge of evidence-based design principles and patient-centered care environments. Experience working with major healthcare systems or institutional clients. Why Join Us?
