Responsibilities
Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and uploads targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis. Develops daily target nomination packets, creates database records, and produces database target intelligence products. Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements. Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Requirements and Qualifications
Security clearance required: TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Bachelor\u2019s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience, may be substituted for a bachelor\u2019s degree. Desired education/training: successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.
