Ongoing (Long-Term Potential) What You’ll Do
Design high-performing creative (static, motion, short-form video) for paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels Translate marketing goals into visually compelling creative that supports acquisition, engagement, and conversion Build multivariate variants and A/B test assets at scale to drive performance improvements Prioritize motion/video formats and dynamic ad executions tailored to each platform Use tools like After Effects, Adobe CC, Figma, and generative AI (Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, etc.) to streamline production Collaborate daily with copywriters and growth marketers to align creative with campaign strategy Incorporate performance data and testing insights to inform creative decisions and optimizations Help maintain scalable systems and templates for rapid creative development Who You Are
Must have designed performance creative for SaaS or tech products Strong portfolio of Meta and YouTube ads, with proven results in driving CTR, CVR, and CAC Skilled in motion design and video editing, particularly for short-form formats Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects) and Figma Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment with rapid feedback and testing cycles Deep understanding of growth KPIs and how creative impacts performance Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight Agency background preferred, particularly in digital, paid media, or performance marketing Must work EST hours and attend daily 9:30am ET stand-up Nice to Have
Experience designing across full funnel stages: acquisition, retargeting, retention Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) Experience collaborating with performance pods (copy, media, data) Ability to flex visual tone depending on product, audience, or funnel stage
