Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Director to lead product marketing for Aptiv’s Autonomy product line, part of the Advanced Safety & User Experience segment. This role will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that position Aptiv’s autonomous solutions as industry-leading offerings, in close partnership with Product Management, customer-facing teams, and cross-functional leadership. Key Areas of Responsibility

Positioning: Define and execute the product marketing strategy for Autonomy, grounded in customer insights and aligned with segment priorities Customer-Centric Messaging: Develop a deep understanding of customer decision-makers and their needs, in partnership with product management, to develop compelling, solution-oriented value propositions for the relevant product lines Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the packaging of solutions for product launches, sales enablement tools, digital collateral, training programs, thought leadership, and events Content Development: Create digital content for customer presentations, thought leadership, and web presence Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Marketing Centers of Excellence to execute Account-Based Marketing, customer-specific events, digital campaigns, and eLearning initiatives Event Support: define the strategy and support the execution of global events including CES, MWC, Embedded World, Auto Shanghai, IAA, IZB, and customer-specific tech showcases Opportunity Marketing: Build integrated, digital-first marketing plans tied to strategic pursuits (RFI/RFQ) and key stakeholder engagement Performance Optimization: Apply a data-driven approach to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and support sales success Global Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing global team of marketing professionals, and ensure reuse and consistency of product marketing content across regions and business units. Experience

15+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of customer-led strategy development and execution Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder relationships across global organizations Experience building and mentoring high-performing, cross-cultural teams Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Qualified) is a plus Industry experience in Automotive preferred; Robotics or Industrial Automation experience is a strong plus.
