REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – Field Trade Marketing IT Solutions in Winston Salem. This role will be responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing Department enabling IT solutions, working on process improvements, bringing additional capabilities and guaranteeing the end-to-end delivery of projects. Req#: 73939 Your key responsibilities

Lead delivery and Business As Usual support of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for our Trade Marketing field organisation comprised of ~1,700 employees who manage our U.S. retail and wholesale trading partner relationships Lead projects from initial interaction with clients during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of completed solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies Act as a strategic partner to business collaborators, translating technical capabilities into business value Lead the technical direction for Salesforce mobile CRM solutions by driving decisions and coordinating efforts with our vendor managed service providers Lead external IT development teams, encouraging a high-performance culture and continuous improvement Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful adoption and utilization of digital solutions Direct agile DevOps processes for responsible processes/systems, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement Qualifications

5-10 years of technology and project delivery experience Cross-functional project leadership experience with advanced partner and risk leadership skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills working with business partners at all levels, vendors, and co-workers Functional and technical proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills Ability to translate technical concepts into business language 4-year degree with a focus in computer science, information technology, or related field Salesforce platform certification(s) About Reynolds American
