As a Sr. Creative Media & Design Specialist, you will work closely with marketing, brand, and cross-functional teams to craft visual communications that drive brand awareness. Shape projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and compelling graphic designs. Collaborate with teams to translate complex strategies into effective visual storytelling. This role demands a creative spark, attention to detail, and a passion for pushing design boundaries in a digital-first environment. Day in the Life
Lead creative projects across print, digital, and multimedia channels Concept, design, produce, and format/edit projects Manage large and small scale campaigns, ensuring timely delivery Collaborate with internal clients on project scope and budgets Maintain design quality and consistency across all touchpoints Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in visual arts; 7 years in graphic design Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing tools Skilled in web design, HTML/CSS, and cloud-based resources Detail-oriented with a knack for creativity and collaboration Experience in medtech, healthcare, or regulated industries What We Believe In
