We’re seeking a marketplace SEO analyst who can partner closely with our AI systems to research, generate, tag, and validate product-page content at scale. You’ll design and apply reasoning templates for our models, ensure structured data quality (taxonomy/metadata), and turn insights into testable optimization strategies across Amazon and other marketplaces. What You’ll Do

Own marketplace SEO research and convert insights into model-ready content briefs for titles, bullets, A+ content, images, and attributes. Use Jungle Scout and Helium 10 to size keyword opportunities, track rankings, and identify gaps by ASIN/category; feed prioritized signals into AI prompts/workflows. Author and maintain reasoning templates (e.g., “keyword intent → attribute mapping → copy block variants”) that guide the model to produce on-brand, policy-safe outputs. Define and maintain product taxonomies, attributes, and tagging rules (e.g., occasion, material, compatibility, problem/solution) to improve retrieval and model grounding. Create labeling guidelines and lightweight ontologies so generated content is consistently tagged (SKU, ASIN, locale, lifecycle stage). Build validation checklists and automated QA rules (brand/legal terms, claims, prohibited phrases, length limits, keyword density, duplicate detection). Triage model outputs: accept, edit, or reject based on evidence; log rationales to improve prompts and training data. Experimentation & Measurement

Monitor digital shelf KPIs (visibility, CTR, CVR, share of search) and maintain dashboards tying keyword clusters → content versions → outcomes. Propose and run iterative tests (titles, image stacks, A+ modules, attribute sets); document hypotheses, guardrails, and learnings. Maintain an issues/insights log that maps defects → root cause (data, prompt, template, marketplace rule) → fix. Cross-Functional Enablement

Partner with Customer and Product teams to standardize playbooks that scale across large catalogs and new launches. Create concise SOPs for AI workflows (inputs, prompts, templates, validation, publishing) and train stakeholders. Success Looks Like

Higher share of search and rank lift for target keyword clusters within 4–8 weeks of deployment. Sustained gains in CTR/CVR from content iterations and structured data improvements. 95% pass rate on automated validation checks pre-publish; reduced manual rework. Reusable reasoning templates that cut content cycle time while preserving brand voice and compliance. Qualifications

3+ years in marketplace SEO/digital shelf (Amazon required; additional marketplaces a plus). Hands-on with Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and marketplace analytics; comfortable translating data into briefs/tests. Experience with PIM/Salsify and bulk content operations. Strong grasp of taxonomy/metadata, labeling, and content governance. Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and basic SQL or BI tools. Clear written communication; ability to craft prompts/instructions that non-experts can follow. Nice to Have

Exposure to LLM workflows (prompt design, few-shot examples, evaluation rubrics). Basic scripting (Python or Sheets Apps Script) for QA checks and feed prep. Experience with image guidelines for gallery stacks and A+ design coordination. Work Setup

Occasional on-site working sessions for planning, playbook reviews, and test readouts. Seniority level
