Elevate Healthcare Consultants – Huntsville, AL Join a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center in Huntsville, AL seeking a Medical Director to lead a mission-driven team. Oversee Adult, Pediatric and Behavioral Health practices (in a single practice). Schedule: 2 days in the clinic, 3 days administrative. No call expectations. Minor office procedures performed at discretion. Clinical operations support a diverse patient population, including LGBTQ and HIV communities. Primarily adults (18+). Approximately 20 new patients per month. EMR: EClinical Works. Ensure access for all payors; the practice does not turn patients away. Malpractice insurance coverage provided. Reimbursement for state licensure and memberships. Performance evaluation with a 3% base salary bonus. Sign-on and relocation assistance available, negotiable.
