In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading a talented team of professionals. The Senior Director, New Product Expansion will be the single threaded leader responsible for guiding the strategy and execution for new T-Mobile Financial Services products. They will negotiate commercial terms and implement a product roadmap that significantly enhances these product offerings and help solve unmet customer needs while improving revenue opportunities for T-Mobile. They will act as a primary interface for both internal T-Mobile senior leadership and top executives on external partners’ side. Their decisions and roadmap will redefine how customers interact with T-Mobile for their day-to-day financial needs. This leader will bring deep subject matter expertise in Financial Services, product development lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration to establish a shared vision for the future generation of Financial Services products by building consensus across the company on priorities leading to product execution. At T-Mobile, our goal is to provide financial service products for every customer across our diverse businesses from prepaid to postpaid. We will strategically launch products that expand access to all customers covering varied consumer financial stages. Job Responsibilities

Owns the end-to-end roadmap and delivery of the multi-wave product expansion strategy from initial MVP launches to subsequent enhancement/feature releases to drive company profits. Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with external customers. Understands customers’ business strategies, generates new ideas and product strategies aligned to both individual product strategy and the overarching portfolio/platform strategy. Creates, owns, plans, and manages a portfolio of high-quality products and services through a lifecycle of envisioning, investing and innovating. Defines KPIs and metrics to measure product performance. Understands T-Mobile’s strategic and competitive position and delivers product experiences recognized as industry-leading through innovation, thought leadership, improvement, and adoption of best practices. Leads a team to conduct market research and analysis, builds business cases, and collaborates with senior executives for base marketing, loyalty, retention, and campaigns to package products for customers. Runs multiple RFPs, negotiates commercial contracts, and makes high-judgment decisions that set the company up for long-term success. Manages overall P&L with external financial institutions like banks, processors, payment networks and other Fin-Techs. Ensures product launches supplement existing workstreams and identify opportunities for synergistic growth with other lines of business. Sets up long-range planning (LRP) targets with FP&A and collaborates with Product, Design, IT, Cyber Security, Corporate Strategy and other internal partners to launch products and manage long term. Employs qualitative and quantitative data to create clear and measurable goals for the team aligned to company, department, and functional area objectives. Attracts, hires, and retains a high-performing team of Product Managers, Program Managers, Business Development Managers and other product management staff. Regularly conducts organizational design thinking to structure the team and leverage resources, including a mix of employees, managed services, and external partners as applicable. Develops and maintains culture, process, and consistent action for continuous improvement across Agile teams. Leads and directs ongoing improvements of enterprise-scale services, processes, and tools. Accountable for department budget, delivery and service performance, optimizing cost of service delivery and ensuring service levels are met or exceeded. Education and Work Experience

More than 10 years Product Management experience in Financial Services and an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience. 5+ years leading teams of 5 or more manager-level direct reports with skip-level employees. Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, RFP processes, and end-to-end product development. Proven track record of launching new financial products to millions of consumers. General Management and P&L experience highly desired. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent; Masters preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Base Pay Range: $207,700 - $280,900 Corporate Bonus Target: 35% The pay range above is for a successful candidate in the role and may vary based on qualifications and experience. Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
