Hospital Director

About Us VCA Katonah is a premier veterinary center offering a full spectrum of care, including general wellness, advanced specialty services, and 24/7 emergency medicine. Our collaborative and compassionate team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to pets and exceptional service to our clients. The Role As Hospital Director, you will partner with the regional operations director to oversee operations, drive growth, and ensure our hospital provides the best possible care and client experience. This leadership role requires strong business acumen, people management skills, and a passion for veterinary medicine. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a multi-service hybrid hospital Lead, coach, and support hospital leadership and staff to foster a positive, collaborative culture Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs Ensure operational excellence Partner with the regional operations director and regional medical director to align medical and operational goals Enhance client experience through service excellence and innovation Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in veterinary, healthcare, or service-oriented industries Strong background in people management and business operations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Passion for delivering outstanding client and patient care Veterinary industry experience is strongly preferred but not required Why Join VCA Katonah? The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$120,00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
