The

Real Estate Project Coordinator

will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and optimization of the Mercer Advisors office portfolio and report to the

Vice President of Real Estate & Facilities . Essential Job Functions

Project Management:

Assist with planning and management of office builds, relocations, and moves. Provide on-site assistance during builds, punch lists, and moves. Periodic travel to project sites is required. Develop tools and best practices to improve execution and delivery of office-related projects. Liaise between internal and external vendors. Access Control Platform and Office Hoteling Support:

Manage installation of access control in offices. Train employees on access control and hoteling platforms for ongoing operation and security adherence. Office Space Utilization:

Develop office floor plans and work with external vendors to manage data on space utilization. Provide regular reporting to inform future office planning. Signage:

Coordinate with external vendors to complete sign change projects. Certificate of Insurance:

Respond to requests to update COI documents on file with property owners. Maintenance & Repair:

Respond to and resolve escalated office maintenance issues. Communication:

Keep office teams informed on project status and outcomes. Ensure project documentation is properly archived for future reference. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, facilities coordination, or project management. Proficiency in understanding construction documents and submittals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Jira or Monday.com). Experience with access control or hoteling/office booking platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to travel to various office sites to manage builds, relocations, and escalated maintenance issues. Preference for candidates based near larger offices (e.g., Houston, Atlanta, Denver, New York, Walnut Creek). Work Schedule

This professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Working Conditions
