Futures start here. KinderCare Learning Companies offers a variety of early education and child care options for families, including KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, and Crème de la Crème. We are looking for an Executive Director who will shape experiences for children, families, and communities nationwide. This role emphasizes leadership in early childhood education, center operations, and stakeholder engagement. At Crème de la Crème, learning comes alive and center teams create meaningful experiences for young learners and their families every day. You will be the catalyst for creating child care experiences you’ve never imagined, collaborating with others who care about helping kids reach their highest potential. If you’re passionate about positively impacting the lives of others and the world of early childhood education, the Executive Director role might be for you. With KinderCare Learning Companies\' curriculum, center accreditation processes, and dedicated teaching staff, Executive Directors educate parents, teachers, and community leaders on the value of early childhood education and make that value come to life for children in their center. Responsibilities
Hire, engage, and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners Use business, sales, and marketing skills to grow KinderCare’s presence in the community, leading to growth of new families and children in our centers Qualifications
At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery occur Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred Meet state-specific guidelines for the role Ability to physically use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors; maintain safety and supervision of children Read, write, understand, and speak English to connect with children and their parents Range of pay: $56,250.00 – $102,250.00 salary. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium on classroom hours worked is provided, funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program. Benefits
