We seek Executive Officers (XO) II, III, and IV to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer in Northern Virginia. This requisition represents multiple openings. The position level is contingent on applicant-specific qualifications and experience. After multiple assessments, applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1 to 5 based on their experience and customer feedback. Capabilities by Level Executive Officer (Level 2) : Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools; strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision. Executive Officer (Level 3) : Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools; strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision. Executive Officer (Level 4) : Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools; strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Based on LCAT Level
XO Level II (2)
3-7 years of Tradecraft-Relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or five (5) additional years of Program-related work experience in lieu of a college degree; Customer-relevant cable writing and tools/database experience.
XO Level III (3)
7-12 years of Tradecraft-Relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or five (5) additional years of Program-related work experience in lieu of a college degree; Customer-relevant cable writing and tools/database experience.
XO Level IV (4)
12-20 years of Tradecraft-Relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or five (5) additional years of Program-related work experience in lieu of a college degree; Customer-relevant cable writing and tools/database experience; At least 1 overseas tour (CONUS or OCONUS), or 2 years-worth of TDY experience.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Pay Range:
