This is a full-time, permanent gastroenterology position with the flexibility to focus on general or advanced endoscopy based on your expertise. You'll join 2 full-time GIs (including one starting June 2025), 1 hepatologist, 2 part-time GIs, and 7 APPs Advanced GIs rotate between clinic, inpatient, and Endo center; general GIs focus primarily on outpatient clinic ERCP required for advanced role; EUS encouraged but not required Anesthesia support provided by CRNAs, with MD/DO coverage as needed Schedule
4-day workweek available: option for 10-hour shifts or 4x8-hour days (.80 FTE) Shared 1:4 clinic call; inpatient rotation includes overnight call until 7 a.m. Procedure volumes range from 14-22 per day, depending on setting Clinic call triaged by MAs; no travel restrictions while on call Compensation & Benefits
General GI salary: $800K; Advanced GI (ERCP+): $900K for full-time, $720K for .80 FTE $75/wRVU above threshold + 5% annual bonus for meeting quality metrics Sign-on bonus of $100K for 5-year commitment or $200K for 10-year Full benefits, 35 PTO days, CME/lifestyle allowances, 401K with match, malpractice with tail Candidate Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology ERCP required for advanced role; general GI candidates welcomed Visa support available for H1B and J1 (cap-exempt) Interest in collaborative, team-based practice with procedural autonomy Community & Location Highlights
