and building relationships . You’ll create programs that support the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being

mission. Key Responsibilities: Develop, organize, and lead activity programs that inspire joy, purpose, and connection . Tailor events and programs to residents’ individual interests, abilities, and care plans. Create an environment of warmth, dignity, and belonging

for residents and families. Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, volunteer initiatives, and community service projects. Partner with leadership and care teams to integrate activities into overall resident wellness. Oversee scheduling, supplies, and administrative needs to keep the activity department running smoothly. Drive residents to and from outings and appointments as needed. What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a

compassionate, energetic leader

who’s ready to make a difference. Qualifications: Passion for working with older adults and creating

meaningful, enriching experiences . Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationships with residents and families. Must be able to move freely throughout the community and occasionally assist residents with mobility. Valid driver’s license required. Previous experience in activity programming is

preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person with
