J.Crew is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Mens Brand Marketing to lead our men's brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for J.Crew's men's division through innovative marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and compelling brand storytelling. The base pay range is $130,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Location: New York, NY (New York City Metropolitan Area). Brand Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies for J.Crew men\'s division, align with company objectives and brand positioning. Lead evolution of the men\'s brand narrative and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels. Drive differentiation through innovative positioning and messaging. Collaborate with merchandising, design, and creative to maintain brand cohesion. Marketing Campaign Development: Oversee end-to-end development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. Lead seasonal marketing calendar planning; manage budgets, timelines, and ROI metrics. Partner with agencies and internal teams to develop compelling content. Develop acquisition and retention strategies for the men\'s demographic. Leverage data to inform targeting and strategy. Drive engagement across social media, email, and e-commerce. Lead customer experience initiatives to enhance loyalty and lifetime value. Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships and collaborations. Work with PR/communications to secure media coverage and visibility. Collaborate with retail and e-commerce to drive traffic and conversions. Partner with international teams to adapt for global markets. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and influence without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication; translate brand strategy into marketing executions. Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in brand marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods marketing, preferably in menswear. Experience managing content and marketing budgets and delivering measurable business results. Strong background in integrated marketing campaign development and execution. Education & Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Deep understanding of the menswear market, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Expertise in digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing). Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent project management with ability to manage multiple initiatives. Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams; exceptional written and verbal communication; strong creative vision; collaborative leadership style. Preferred: Experience with premium or heritage fashion brands; omnichannel retail marketing; emerging marketing technologies and platforms; international marketing; strong network in fashion and lifestyle marketing; experience with brand repositioning or turnaround situations.
