Overview
DAMPA is thrilled to bring the hit Broadway musical Footloose! to the stage. Performances will take place January 8-10, 2026 at the professional black box theatre Cox Playhouse in Dallas, Texas.
Designed for students ages 10 and up who are ready for advanced musical theatre training, this program offers the opportunity to work intensively with professional directors, choreographers, and music faculty. From mastering complex choreography and vocal precision to developing ensemble discipline and character depth, participants gain the skills and stage experience required at the highest levels of performance. This season, DAMPA elevates the production value—rehearsals will be held at Artsillery, and the final performance will take place at Cox Playhouse, giving students the chance to perform in a true theatrical environment with professional-grade staging.
