Area Sales Director, Medical Dermatology | 6X Presidents Club/COE Winner The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans that lead to the achievement of sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography. Coordinate with HQ Commercial Team and field-based staff to drive product acceptance within the territory. Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. Promote Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio in targeted physician offices, clinics and institutions. Manage promotional budgets within the territory and ensure timely reporting of calls and expenses. Leverage CRM, sales data and reports to inform strategy and actions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience Strong communication skills and business acumen Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications
5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment Experience promoting high-science products Product launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment Personal Skills/Attributes
This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals. This individual should be highly motivated and highly professional. Capable of building trust with their matrix team and transparent, ethical and compliant in all their activities.
