Senior Learning Experience Designer role at Salesforce. Global Professional Services Talent Development seeks an experienced learning development professional to assist designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences and programs for various practice areas to enable employees to grow, develop and contribute to company growth. The Senior Manager, Learning Experience Design draws on deep program design/facilitation experience and solid business acumen to develop innovative learning and development programs that produce measurable impact and support the talent pipeline of a fast-paced, high-growth company. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and close partnership with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define learning objectives and create impactful learning experiences. The Senior Learning Designer may lead instructional design projects and teams and will mentor colleagues and emerging designers. Responsibilities

Consult with business stakeholders to understand and address development needs, identify sponsorship for programs and initiatives, and ensure alignment with business partners. Provide strategic and operational support for the design and delivery of a variety of development programs, including budget, vendor, and stakeholder management. Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements. Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools. Use instructional design methodologies and techniques to create engaging and effective training. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content. Develop evaluation and assessment tools to measure impact, including business results, ROI, talent pipeline, and behavior improvements. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and scalability of development initiatives. Develop and maintain learning assets, curriculum, and best practices that align with organizational goals and values. Partner with external vendors where appropriate and manage budget and vendor agreements when necessary. Mentor and coach colleagues and emerging designers, leaders, and talent development practitioners across Global Professional Services. Manage multi-stakeholder projects, including building project teams, prioritizing, and delivering results. Stay current with new developments in instructional design, technology, and industry trends and apply learnings to deliverables. Lead instructional design projects and teams with high level of expertise in methodologies and tools. Qualifications

Approximately 10 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations. Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment. Extensive experience designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including high-touch in-person and live-online formats. Passionate about leadership development and developing top talent in a high-growth environment. Ability to establish strong presence with stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business strategies into practical talent development initiatives. Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Leadership Characteristics
