Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God’s Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point’s various media channels. To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. Position Summary

The Spanish Communications Coordinator will help significantly grow the reach and awareness of Momento Decisivo through both emerging digital and social channels as well as traditional radio and television outreaches. This position will help maintain Momento Decisivo’s e-appeals, grow social media audiences, as well as aid in administrative, research, writing, and coordination tasks. Core Competencies

Work alongside the Executive Producer of Momento Decisivo to oversee Spanish-language social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X), providing engaging content and effective audience outreach. Assist in the design and implementation of Spanish-language e-appeals and direct mail with the goal of increasing donor engagement. Help coordinate the workflow for Spanish TV programs, ensuring timely and efficient production processes. Assist in the creation and maintenance of media schedules, radio stations playlists, and tip sheets for Spanish-language content. Create codes/descriptions for resources for purchasing. Maintain and update a spreadsheet of Spanish radio stations, tracking changes and delivery methods (Excel for Windows). Help schedule social media campaigns for Facebook. Reporting

Produce monthly reports on Spanish social media activity, call center calls, product sales and analyze engagement metrics and growth trends. Proofreading

Coordinate compelling radio announcements (promos) to advertise Spanish products. Coordinate the Spanish receipt process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Proofread a variety of materials, including study guides, printed publications, product inserts, appeals, and social media content, to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality. Review and proof the translation of study guides, focusing on text flow and formatting (JPG, ZIP files, proofreading symbols). Proofread social media posts to ensure accuracy and grammar. Gather drafts from previous English direct mail letters for reference, and review and proofread Spanish-language direct mail letters to ensure accuracy and grammar. Proof final versions of study guides and books in Spanish, ensuring content is accurate, clear, and ready for distribution. Qualifications

3–5 years in an administrative role related to communications, marketing, or public relations. Fluency in Spanish with demonstrated expertise in linguistic nuances across diverse Spanish-speaking regions. Ability to accurately interpret, adapt, and translate content while maintaining cultural and contextual integrity for audiences in Latin America, Spain and other Spanish-speaking communities. Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, social media, digital, and AI platforms. Ability to type 50+ wpm. Ability to function as a team-player with discretion, professionalism, and reasoning. Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of radio/television/publishing would be a plus. Associate’s degree or Certification in communications, marketing, or related field preferred. Other

The expected salary for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
