Overview

Our railway client is seeking a talented and creative multimedia content creator to join their dynamic social media team. You will play a crucial role in producing engaging video content for social media channels, helping to showcase their exciting work. You’ll also take photos, create graphics, and write captions and articles as needed. This is a hybrid, contract position based at their headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. Base pay range

$33.00/hr - $33.00/hr Responsibilities

Collaborate with the social media team to develop video content and concepts that align with the railway’s brand and messaging. Produce high-quality video content, including vertical videos, to be shared across various social media platforms. Write scripts, film video footage, and edit videos using industry-standard video editing tools. Create visually appealing and engaging videos, photos and graphics that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement on social media. Write and publish social media captions. Stay up to date on multimedia trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of social media content. Qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing video content creation skills, including vertical video; photography and graphic design skills; and writing samples. Demonstrated expertise in script writing, videography, and video editing is crucial for this position. Proficiency in industry-standard video editing and content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, Photoshop, Canva, etc. A relevant associate or bachelor’s degree in journalism, video production, film, social media, communications or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience after college graduation working in roles in which video production played a major part. Demonstrated ability to create short, energetic, and captivating videos that capture and maintain viewers’ attention on social media channels.
