Overview

SIGINT Analyst (Technical Targeting Officer - TTO) for CACI-M&ES. The role supports the Joint Cyber Operations Group (JCOG) and directly supports US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Theater Special Operations Commands, and other SOFETOPS partners. You will guide and train less-experienced employees within the Modernization Analyses, Assessment, and Planning Functional Group (MAAP) and across the SOFETOPS enterprise in SIGINT and CYBER. You will initiate SIGINT and CYBER requirement processes, organize program methodologies, and coordinate inputs from other functional groups and technical personnel. Responsibilities

Proficient in all aspects of SIGINT targeting including methodology, tool and database/dataset manipulation, driving the targeting cycle and production chain. Familiar with SIGINT training fundamentals and able to provide academic support to DoD Military and DoD Civilian instructors of an organic training pipeline for formal validation. Conduct requirements analysis, S&T research, and analysis producing finished S&T assessments on emerging and disruptive technologies with potential to impact U.S. military operations. Identify technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign SIGINT systems. Analyze R&D processes and organizations associated with target SIGINT systems. Collaborate with I3C and embedded intelligence analysts to enrich analytical understanding and intelligence production efforts. Coordinate products within DoD and IC agencies and organizations throughout the S&T Enterprise. Provide digital and analog analysis support, including analysis of commercial devices to understand functionality and characterization. Identify trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities and reduce Government costs. Be prepared for extensive travel within CONUS and OCONUS, including up to four months deployed for Combatant Commands followed by a twelve-month stateside assignment. Flexibility to varying operational environments is essential. Qualifications

Required: Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance Ten years of directly applicable experience At least three years in operations coordination roles at O-5 level or higher, or supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope Seven years of experience as TDNA, DNEA, or MOS equivalent Experience with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or operations support Experience in SIGINT targeting analysis and global intelligence operations Working knowledge of portals and real-time/near-real-time knowledge management systems Good verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail Desired: Previous completion of organic targeting training course (AETC/BTTC) Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and as part of a joint team Certifications: SCRUM Master; GSM/UMTS/CDMA cellular collection; Project Management; Digital Network Intelligence; Network+; Security+; Ethical Hacker; Analytical courses; Defense Strategic Debriefing; SOCOM SIGINT Operators Any Cyber PDSI Work Role or Equivalent: Exploitation Analyst, Digital Network Exploitation Analyst, Cyberspace Operator, Expeditionary Cyber Operator, Cyber Capability Developer, Analytic Support Officer This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
