Job Summary and Responsibilities Provide patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, basic hygiene) Perform basic patient care tasks such as vital signs, observation and reporting of signs and symptoms of disease state, positional changes, and simple dressing changes Assist in patient mobility (ambulating, turning, positioning, range of motion exercises) Perform EKGs and bedside testing (blood glucose, colon screening, dextrose secretions, specific gravity) We support our team-based approach and are committed to patient safety and quality care.
